  1. Don’t worry about losing other people, worry about losing yourself while trying to please other people.

  2. Nothing last forever (a beauty and a curse)

  3. Being authentically yourself helps everyone around you

  4. Finding gratitude will change your life

  5. Sometimes you have to let go of old things in order to make room for new things

  6. When you need to recharge, get out in nature

  7. Your comfort zone is a great place, but nothing ever grows there

  8. Life does not have to be so serious all the time

  9. How people treat you has nothing to do with you

  10. I’m not my thoughts I’m just an observer

  11. We know you can do it yourself, but you don’t have to

  12. ALWAYS listen to your gut

  20. You never know what your story might do for another (share yourself with others)

  21. Don’t’ strive for a perfect life, strive for a meaningful one

  22. Never take advice from someone you have no interest in being like

  23. There is a wounded child in all of us, be kind

  24. As you get older, so do the people around you. Spend that quality time

  25. You are a magical being living a human experience

  26. Everything is working out for your highest good, if things fall apart let them. Trust the universe and most importantly trust yourself
