The 26 things I’ve learned at 26
Don’t worry about losing other people, worry about losing yourself while trying to please other people.
Nothing last forever (a beauty and a curse)
Being authentically yourself helps everyone around you
Finding gratitude will change your life
Sometimes you have to let go of old things in order to make room for new things
When you need to recharge, get out in nature
Your comfort zone is a great place, but nothing ever grows there
Life does not have to be so serious all the time
How people treat you has nothing to do with you
I’m not my thoughts I’m just an observer
We know you can do it yourself, but you don’t have to
ALWAYS listen to your gut
When people aren’t right for you, you’ll know
Life is too short, do the thing you’ve been wanting to do
The person judging you harshly is yourself
When in doubt, smoke it out
If you wouldn’t say that to your loved one, don’t say it to yourself
Take that vacation (girl you better take that flight)
Say what you feel even when you think it won’t make a difference (let it out)
You never know what your story might do for another (share yourself with others)
Don’t’ strive for a perfect life, strive for a meaningful one
Never take advice from someone you have no interest in being like
There is a wounded child in all of us, be kind
As you get older, so do the people around you. Spend that quality time
You are a magical being living a human experience
Everything is working out for your highest good, if things fall apart let them. Trust the universe and most importantly trust yourself
